And dangit, I can just feel the laziness coming on, telling me to write about it later. But I won't give in, really.
First things first, the reason why I haven't been adding entries: Formatted the computer. And it freakin sucked big time.
I burned 25 cds. These contained all of my files that I didn't want to lose. That's a lot of crap, you know.
Anyway, I wasted a day categorizing and burning these, only to have my brother install a new harddrive before formatting the old one.
So basically, I wasted half a spindle of cds for no reason, because I could have just did a little 'drag-n-drop' action and been done with it.
I was *quite* upset. Grr, even.
But I'm over it now. Why? Because I got to go sledding and inntertubing! It was great! My first time going up to the mountains and sledding and stuff. So much fun, and my butt isn't even hurt. Joel is so wonderful, he put padding on the sleds. Isn't that cute? But I like the innertube better anyways... And today he went out and bought a cool sled-innertube-thingy that I can't wait to try out. The excitement is building, yo.
Plus, we saw snowboarders, and I can't wait to try that as well. It was so funny, this one guy went on the ramp, and then he toppled over face first. But then he did this weird rolly-over thing and just kinda rolled onto his feet, and took off down the mountain again. It kicked major bootie. I hope my falling-down skills are as cool as his. [=
Hn. What else? Oh, yes, I'm working on a new layout, and it's going to be pink. BRIGHT pink. Hope it hurts your eyes as much as mine when you see it. But yeah, it should be up by the end of the week, I'm thinking...
I'm going to see Lord of the Rings again tomorrow, it should be a blast. I really liked it, I'm all excited about seeing it again. It was *so* much better than the first. The only problem is now I have to deal with everyone going on about how wonderful Legolas is. I personally think he kicks ass, but that's more of a character obsession than a beauty thing. I think Orlando himself looks better than his elf counterpart...
Well, lemme see... I think there's more I could say, but right now I have a huge onion headache, so it'll have to wait for later.
note
onion headaches are these horrible migraine-type headaches i get when my father decides to cook. his favorite vegetable will be the end of me, i swear it. ugh.
