Wow. My first actual entry of the new year. It's not technically the first, as I uploaded my cast list a while ago, but still.
Notice to the gumi: You're listed in the cast list, so if you want to check it out, be my guest.
This is my new layout. It's very... PINK. Let me know what you think? I'm rather proud of it, though I know it's top-heavy and all. Actually, I think I'm more proud of the linking banners and buttons I made to accompany this... you can see them here.
But anyway.
Onto my New Years Rant.
It's really odd, but now that I think about it, I don't have a rant. I feel like I should be saying something poignant and moving, but all I can think about is that I'm craving a Jumbo Jack and poignant is such a cool word.
Poignant. Cool.
See?
I just did a quick look up on poignant at dictionary.com. It surprised me that the first listing was about physical pain. I much prefer to think of it as deeply moving and all that rot.
This is such a crap entry. What do I do when I feel as if I've got all this stuff inside that wants to burst out, but it's just not going to?
I'm such a rotten thinker. After typing that last sentence, I can't help but think that I sound constipated.
Okay, in hopes of salvaging this entry:
New Years Resolutions:
Eat Less, Sleep More, Quit Being Such a Lazy Ass, Get a Job, Make Sure Said Job Pays a LOT of Money, Save Money, Apply to WSU, and Be a Better Person.
Oh, and Stop Procrastinating. I suppose that goes with the whole Lazy Ass thing, but oh well.
I didn't used to cuss. I can't decide whether or not I think it's bad. It's not that I've ever really thought it was wrong, but it never seemed very original. To resort to the same four letter words every time something bad happened... Well, I prefer to say things like 'Son of a doo-doo ball!' and 'Pain! Agony! Defeat!'
That last one is used often, especially when I stub my toes. And it's funny because it's gotten to the point when I say 'Pain! Agony!--' and then my friends and family will all say 'DEFEAT!'
Makes me laugh, it does. I love the people in my life. Rather convenient, that.
I think I'm done, now. I suddenly got a craving to go and drool over Japanese Harry Potter Fanart...
Reason #18 For Loving Cheese: Really now, this list is so old. Darn me and my resolution to finish what I start! Anyway. Um. Cheese is cool, because Shelly was hungry, and she made food, and it had cheese in it, and even though it didn't turn out at all like it was supposed to, it still tasted great because it was made with cheese. That's why.
