Okay.

So I realize that I've still got my February Valentine's Day layout up. I've got my other one all done and ready, but (and here come the excuses)...

I don't have internet access except at work, which is where I'm at right now, so I can't upload it.

I've been so incredibly busy with cleaning up our house, which is absolutely gorgeous but still in need of some tender loving care seeing as how it's so old and all.

And um... Well, I'm a lazy procrastinator.

But yeah. I haven't forgotten about this, and I still have a lot to say, I'm sure, but not, but yeah...

Basically, real life is taking up, well, my life. It's not actually kicking my butt (which is super cool, eh?), but even if I did have constant internet access I wouldn't be able to update.

Plus, school starts on Monday. That should be fun. I've got a full schedule, and I still have to do some financial aid appeal stuff (I was told that everything was fine, but I just got a letter the other day saying that I'm in denial status or some crap, so wish me luck on getting that whole mess straightened out).

Oh, and I got an A in one class and a B+ in another, so I'm pretty happy. Considering the B+ was an incomplete for awhile because my teacher didn't get my paper and then the term ended and I was afraid she wouldn't believe me that I actually turned it in (which I did!), well, yeah. So now my cumulative GPA is almost at what it should be... By which I mean to say that after I take more classes and retake a couple of others, I should be in very nice academic standing. Woo!

Hm... Work! I should let you know about work.

Work is good. :D

Actually, it's great. Working for Student Computing Services is a dream job... I get all of these credentials and references and free access to top of the line computer software and whatnot, plus I can throw LAN parties in our most technologically advanced lab (with about thirty 21 inch Sony Trinitrons!). And the work itself is super easy and fun. I'll probably have more time to update now that I'm working here, since my job is basically to sit at a station and greet people when they come in, and play games when they don't. :D

So yeah. I like work, school should be fine as soon as I figure some financial aid stuff out and meet with an advisor (I still have to meet with the Dean of Communications to see if I can switch majors and actually be able to certify or not), and well... Yeah. Busy, busy.

Busy, but happy.

This is Suzy, signing off. :D
